A3 is right now increasing its core R/D team strength by selective hiring the engineers who will enhance the R/D capabilities of A3. This is a multi-faceted role. In addition to contributing to its R/D efforts, contributing with innovative ideas and helping develop world-class products, A3 expects its R/D engineers to also selectively interact with the field (healthcare organizations/medical professionals e.g.,) to understand ground level requirements - other facets of company These are opportunities only a young company can provide!!!

Qualification and Experience:
At a junior level:

• Must: 2-3 years of experience. Degree B.Sc. – IT or higher.
• Python, C (Python more important)
• Android / Java, SQL/SQL LITE

Skills required:

• Person should have good attitude and keenness to learn new technologies.
  Other aspects can be relaxed.

We are quite flexible for a professional with right attitude, energy level, motivation, professional-serious attitude.

Qualification and Experience:
At a Senior level:

• A3 is looking for self driven, self-motivated senior R/D engineers with an
  aptitude, deep interest in making an impact in HealthCare for our country
  leveraging innovations and a synthesis of technologies incl. DSP, AI, WL,
  Cloud, BioMed and others

Qualification and Experience:

• At least 10 yr+ of successful experience in marketing and sales at enterprise level
• Preferably MBA – not a must - with specialization in Marketing. MSc/MTech/Bachelor’s degree holders with a tract record will be considered.
• Knowledge of health care space
• Experience in managing multiple sales channels
• A recently retired, effective senior person from healthcare/biomed/pharma/other industry who wants to work for limited hours per day may also apply

• Excellent Communication in English, both oral as well as written
• Aggressive, high energy Sales Person

Knowledge required:

• Preferably knowledgeable about health care marketing. Knowledge of medical equipment's a plus

Job Description:

• Responsible for selling and marketing state of art bio-medical systems based on original R/D performed in India. Ability to close sales is a must.
• Develop overall sales strategy and plans
• Make enterprise level sales. Able to communicate with the senior-most leadership of different types of health care related organizations.
• Assist the senior most management in building and launching the national marketing strategy of the company and even contribute creative business ideas.
• Manage various sales channel
• Reporting to CEO

Remuneration:

• At least 2yr+ of experience in sales, preferably in Medical products/equipment to Healthcare organizations. Sales skills and aptitude in selling and a track record in selling are a must.

A3 has been running a mature internship program in partnership with VJTI for 13+ years. The "graduates" of this program, after spending almost a year with the company has significantly benefited professionally from that experience.

A3 is leveraging a synthesis of Math, Algorithms, AI, WireLess, BioMed and Cloud technologies to solve the central problem of "Access to HealthCare" with a portfolio of products. We have been using Cognitive Tech from "day 1".

The profile of work (summary of project work) :

Selected researchers need to design/develop an algorithm/project on below mentioned topics using software languages like python, php,etc. Interested Students from any stream/branch can be suitable. (ex. IOT, Electronics and Telecomm., Computer Engineering,Electrical Engineering. etc).
