Sales Executive

Job Description

Qualification and Experience:

  • At least 2yr+ of experience in sales, preferably in Medical products/equipment to Healthcare organizations. Sales skills and aptitude in selling and a track record in selling are a must.
  • Preferably MBA - but not a must - with specialization in Marketing. MSc/MTech/BSc with a track record will be considered.

Skills required:

  • Good Communication in English, Both oral as well as written
  • Aggressive Sales Person.

Knowledge required:

Preferably knowledgeable about health care marketing. Knowledge of medical equipments a plus.

Qualities:

  • High energy and motivation
  • Quickly learn new things
  • Quickly grasp new technological concepts
  • Mix well with the technical team

Job Description:

  • Visit potential customers (Doctors, Hospitals, Government Agencies related to healthcare, etc.)
  • Give Demonstrations
  • Make Sales
  • Give training to customers
  • Help in various marketing activities

Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager

 

Remuneration:

  • Depending upon experience and knowledge
  • Fixed component plus a generous commission structure
  • Stock options

Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description

Qualification and Experience:

  • At least 10 yr+ of successful experience in marketing and sales at enterprise level
  • Preferably MBA – not a must - with specialization in Marketing. MSc/MTech/Bachelor’s degree holders with a tract record will be considered.
  • Knowledge of health care space 
  • Experience in managing multiple sales channels
  • A recently retired, effective senior person from healthcare/biomed/pharma/other industry who wants to work for limited  hours per day may also apply

  • Excellent Communication in English, both oral as well as written
  • Aggressive, high energy Sales Person

Job Description:

  • Responsible for selling and marketing state of art bio-medical systems based on original R/D performed in India. Ability to close sales is a must.
  • Develop overall sales strategy and plans
  • Make enterprise level sales. Able to communicate with the senior-most leadership of different types of health care related organizations.
  • Assist the senior most management in building and launching the national marketing strategy of the company and even contribute creative business ideas.
  • Manage various sales channel

Reporting to CEO

 

Remuneration:

  • Depending upon experience and knowledge
  • Heavy component plus commission
